You will be contacted by email if you choose to pick up your order at the Big Frog store. Order will typically be ready in 3-5 business days. Items can be shipped to your home-you may select this option at checkout.

Cancellations- We may be able to cancel your order or make changes before printing- contact us via phone or email . (248-782-5501 or brighton@bigfrog.com)

Each garment is printed to order- if you are not sure about sizing, please stop by our store to try on garments as we cannot refund or exchange once the item is printed.

The online store presents graphical representations of the designs but may differ depending on size of garment.
